Pricing is banded like tax brackets: only the employees inside a band are charged that band's rate, so adding people never makes your existing employees more expensive.

How much does Dawmly cost?
Dawmly is free for up to 5 employees. Starter is 60 EGP per employee per month for the first 10 employees, 45 EGP for employees 11–20 and 30 EGP from the 21st, scaling to 200 employees. Growth is 100, 75 and 50 EGP in the same bands, scaling to 1,000 employees.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 5 employees with clock-in and clock-out, the Today dashboard, attendance history and offline punches. It is free forever, needs no credit card, and shows a "Powered by Dawmly" footer on the mobile app.
How is the per-employee price calculated?
Banded, like tax brackets. On Starter, a 25-employee team pays 10 × 60 + 10 × 45 + 5 × 30 = 1,200 EGP per month. Only the employees inside each band are charged that band's rate.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New signups get a 14-day trial of the Growth plan, so you can try payroll, field visits, geofencing and selfie verification before choosing a plan.
Which currency and payment methods do you accept?
Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) only. Payments go through Paymob for customers in every country, using cards, Fawry or InstaPay. There is no US dollar price.
How much does annual billing save?
Annual billing saves 17%: it is charged as 10 times the monthly total, so you get two months free.
Which plan includes payroll?
Payroll — salary profiles, allowances, deductions, overtime rules and payslips — is included from the Growth plan.
Is there a minimum number of employees on a paid plan?
Paid plans bill a minimum of 5 employees. Teams of 5 or fewer can use the Free plan instead.
What about Enterprise?
Enterprise (SSO/SAML, dedicated database, account manager, SLA) is coming soon and cannot be purchased yet. Email hello@dawmly.com to talk to us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you like; the refund and cancellation policy explains what happens to your subscription.
