From attendance to payslip without Excel
At month end you create a payroll run and Dawmly collects each employee's approved hours, overtime, late minutes, absences and unpaid leave, then calculates gross and net pay. Review it, add a manual adjustment where needed, and export to Excel or CSV for your accountant, or push it to your own system through the API. See the month-end payroll checklist.
What Dawmly does not do
Better you know up front: Dawmly does not handle hiring, performance reviews or health insurance, and it does not calculate social insurance or income tax automatically. You can add them as fixed or percentage deductions, but the official tables are applied by your accountant.

Frequently asked questions
Is Dawmly a full HR system?
Dawmly covers day-to-day HR administration: employee records, attendance, shifts, leave, payroll and payslips. It does not do hiring, performance reviews or health-insurance administration.
Does it calculate social insurance and income tax?
Not automatically. You can add any deduction as a fixed amount or a percentage of basic pay per employee and it appears on every payslip, but Dawmly does not apply official insurance or tax tables itself.
Can I import employees from Excel?
Yes. Download the import template from the Employees page, fill it in and upload it once. You can export the employee list to Excel at any time.
Can employees see their payslips?
Yes. On Growth each employee sees their payslips in the mobile app, and requests leave, checks shifts and sees leave balances in the same app.
Does it support multiple branches?
Yes, unlimited branches from Starter with no per-branch fee. Branch admins see their own branch; owners see everything.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 3 employees. Starter starts at 60 EGP per employee per month and Growth (with payroll) at 100 EGP, with lower rates as the team grows.
