Who we are
Dawmly is an attendance and workforce management platform founded and built in Cairo, Egypt, by Sayed Zakrea. We started because managing employee attendance — check-ins, shift scheduling, leave, and payroll — was still a painful mix of WhatsApp messages, paper sheets, and fingerprint machines, even for fast-growing MENA businesses.
We built Dawmly to change that: a mobile-first, Arabic-first product that gives any team — from a 5-person café to a 500-person logistics company — a GPS-verified attendance system, a payroll engine, and a real API, all in one place.

To make professional HR tools accessible to every business in the Arab world and beyond — simple enough to set up in 5 minutes, powerful enough to run a multi-branch operation.

- GPS-verified mobile check-in — employees clock in and out from their phones; location is verified against the workspace geofence.
- Shift scheduling — create, assign, and modify shifts with conflict warnings (Starter and above).
- Leave management — leave requests, approvals, and balances in one place (Starter and above).
- Payroll & salary calculation — basic pay, allowances, deductions, four overtime multipliers, itemised payslips (Growth and above).
- Field visit management — schedule, dispatch, and track field team visits with recurring series and activity timelines (Growth and above).
- Unlimited branches — no per-branch charge; consolidated cross-branch reporting (Starter and above).
- Arabic & English — full RTL support, proofread by native speakers.
- Public REST API & webhooks — integrate with any HR or payroll system (Starter and above).
Dawmly is available on Google Play, the App Store, and as a web dashboard at app.dawmly.com.
Pricing
Dawmly offers three active plans, priced per employee per month:
- Free — 0 EGP forever, up to 10 employees. No credit card required.
- Starter — 100 EGP / employee / month. Up to 200 employees.
- Growth — 175 EGP / employee / month. Up to 1,000 employees.
Annual billing is available at a 17% discount (equivalent to 2 months free). Payments are processed in EGP via Paymob (cards, Fawry, InstaPay). See the full pricing section on our homepage.
