Attendance data that lives in a system but cannot be exported cleanly — or breaks on Arabic names — causes hours of manual cleanup before payroll. Dawmly's reporting engine produces filterable attendance and leave reports, consolidates across every branch, and exports to CSV or Excel with proper UTF-8 encoding so Arabic names survive the round trip. Attendance and leave, in one place

Dawmly provides two report families: attendance reports and leave reports. Both can be filtered — by employee, by date range, by branch — so you can narrow down to exactly the data you need. The attendance report reflects the same punch records that drive payroll; there is no separate data source or manual reconciliation step.

Every branch, or just one

Reporting in Dawmly is branch-aware. Because every employee is linked to a branch, you can produce a consolidated report across your entire operation or scope it down to a single location. There is no need to export separately from each branch and merge spreadsheets manually.

CSV and Excel that open without mojibake

CSV exports from Dawmly are UTF-8 encoded. Arabic employee names, branch names and other Arabic text fields survive the export and open correctly in Excel, Google Sheets, and any accounting or HR system that reads standard CSV. Excel export is also available directly. The attendance CSV file is named attendance-report.csv and the leave CSV is named leave-report.csv.

Straight into payroll

Payroll-ready exports let you feed your external accounting system or HR platform without re-keying hours. If you prefer to automate the transfer entirely, the Starter plan and above includes a public REST API and HMAC-signed webhooks so you can push attendance and payroll data to any external system on a schedule or in real time.
