Attendance and payroll app for companies in Kuwait
Dawmly is an Arabic-first attendance and payroll app that works in Kuwait. Teams clock in from their phones with GPS verification, and you set the Asia/Kuwait timezone, work days and shifts. The Free plan covers up to 5 employees with no credit card.
What you set up for Kuwait
- Timezone: set per company. Choose Asia/Kuwait (UTC+3) and every punch and report uses your local time.
- Work days: you choose which days are working days, so the work week matches how your company runs.
- Language: full right-to-left Arabic and English, with phone numbers using the +965 country code.
- Overtime: you set the day, night, rest-day and holiday multipliers and the daily cap in payroll settings. The starting defaults are 135% day and 170% night, so change them to match your company policy and local rules.
- Branches and sites: unlimited branches from Starter and per-branch geofencing from Growth — useful for teams across Kuwait City, Hawalli, Salmiya and beyond.
- Weak signal: offline mode is on by default, so punches are saved on the phone and sync when the connection returns.
What Dawmly does not do
Dawmly has no country-specific labour-law rules built in, and it does not generate government payroll files and does not integrate with PIFSS. Payroll is calculated from the rules you configure, and you can export results as CSV, Excel or through the API to feed any government or accounting system you use.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) per employee per month, with no separate price for Kuwait: Starter from 60 EGP and Growth from 100 EGP, banded by volume. Payment is through Paymob. The Free plan is free forever for up to 5 employees with no card, and new signups get a 14-day Growth trial. Details on the pricing page.
