What this screen is for
Today is the screen you open first thing in the morning. It shows the current day only: every employee who is expected in, whether they have checked in, and how their day is tracking against their assigned shift. Nothing on this screen needs setting up — as soon as your employees start checking in from the mobile app, it fills itself in.
The screen at a glance
- Refresh button updates live attendance data across all dashboard panels.
- Summary cards count employees who are PRESENT, ON LEAVE, LATE ARRIVALS, or have EXCEPTIONS today.
- Late arrivals panel lists employees who checked in past their scheduled start time.
- Exceptions to review panel flags attendance anomalies requiring supervisor review.
- On leave today panel lists team members currently on approved time off.
Notes and limits
- Available on every plan, including Free.
- An employee only appears here if they have been assigned to a shift for today. If someone is missing, check their schedule.
- A branch administrator sees only the employees of their own branch.
